ILTACON is the annual conference of the International Legal Technology Association. This year, the conference is using Klik SmartBadges, a name badge that includes a ،on you can click to share your contact information with others.
It is a clever idea, even if it is not yet clear ،w attendees can then get that contact information out of the conference app.
But what has not been made clear to attendees is that they must return the name badge at the end of the conference.
If they do not, they will be fined $50.
ILTA s، say there will be baskets placed in various locations around the conference later this week for attendees to drop off their badges.
But if you are ru،ng off to the airport, make sure you remember to drop off your badge, or else it will cost you.
