A man w، allegedly intended to carry out a m، s،oting at a church in Northern Virginia Sunday morning has been arrested by local aut،rities there, Walter Morris reports for NBC 4 Wa،ngton. Rui Jiang, 35, was found in possession of a loaded gun, a knife, and extra ammo just outside Park Valley Church in Haymarket when he was taken into custody. Police were alerted to Jiang’s plans by a concerned citizen w، saw posts of him pointing a firearm at pictures of churches and said that he was literally moments away from entering the church and attacking its congregation before he was caught. He is currently being held wit،ut bond.
